1、熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)也叫熱(re)浸鋅(xin)(xin)和(he)熱(re)浸鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin):是(shi)一種有效的金(jin)屬防(fang)腐(fu)方(fang)式,主要(yao)用(yong)于各行業(ye)的金(jin)屬結構(gou)設施上。是(shi)將(jiang)除(chu)銹(xiu)后(hou)的鋼(gang)(gang)件浸入500℃左右融(rong)化的鋅(xin)(xin)液中,使鋼(gang)(gang)構(gou)件表(biao)面附著鋅(xin)(xin)層,從而起到(dao)防(fang)腐(fu)的目的。 熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)工(gong)藝流程:成(cheng)品酸(suan)洗(xi)-水洗(xi)-加助鍍(du)(du)液-烘干-掛鍍(du)(du)-冷卻-藥化-清洗(xi)-打(da)磨-熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)完工(gong) 。熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)是(shi)由較古老(lao)的熱(re)鍍(du)(du)方(fang)法發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)而來(lai)(lai)(lai)的,自(zi)從1836年法國把熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)應用(yong)于工(gong)業(ye)以來(lai)(lai)(lai),已經有一百四十(shi)年的歷(li)史了。然而,熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)工(gong)業(ye)是(shi)近(jin)三十(shi)年來(lai)(lai)(lai)伴(ban)隨冷軋帶鋼(gang)(gang)的飛速發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)而得到(dao)了大規模發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。 公路波形梁(liang)鋼(gang)(gang)護欄(lan)90%以上都采用(yong)熱(re)鍍(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)工(gong)藝處理,防(fang)腐(fu)防(fang)刮,鋅(xin)(xin)層厚(hou),抗氧化時間長防(fang)腐(fu)防(fang)銹(xiu)效果好(hao)。
2、冷鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)也叫(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解設(she)備將(jiang)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)經過(guo)除(chu)油、酸洗、后放(fang)入(ru)成分為(wei)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)鹽的(de)(de)溶液中,并連接(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解設(she)備的(de)(de)負極(ji)(ji),在(zai)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)對面(mian)放(fang)置鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)版,連接(jie)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解設(she)備的(de)(de)正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流從正(zheng)極(ji)(ji)向負極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)定向移動(dong)就會在(zai)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)上(shang)沉積一層鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),冷鍍(du)(du)(du)管(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)是先(xian)加工(gong)后鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。冷鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)涂(tu)料主要通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)化學(xue)原(yuan)理來進行防腐,因此(ci)必(bi)須保證鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)粉與(yu)鋼材的(de)(de)充分接(jie)觸,產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位差,所以(yi)(yi)鋼材表面(mian)處理很重要。理論上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)可以(yi)(yi)達(da)到甚至超過(guo)熱鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層厚度,但(dan)(dan)是一般實際(ji)情況下,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)層普遍較(jiao)(jiao)薄導致防腐防銹效果都較(jiao)(jiao)熱鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)要差,保護年限也較(jiao)(jiao)短(duan),防刮效果差,但(dan)(dan)是相(xiang)對成本低,外觀較(jiao)(jiao)熱鍍(du)(du)(du)鋅(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)亮麗。
3、噴(pen)塑(su)(su)(su)就是(shi)(shi)將塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)噴(pen)涂在(zai)零件上的(de)一種表面處理(li)方法。噴(pen)塑(su)(su)(su)也就是(shi)(shi)我們常講的(de)靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)噴(pen)涂,它(ta)是(shi)(shi)利用靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)發生(sheng)器(qi)使塑(su)(su)(su)料(liao)粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)帶(dai)電(dian)(dian),吸附(fu)在(zai)鐵板表面,然后經(jing)過(guo)180~220℃的(de)烘烤,使粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)熔化(hua)黏(nian)附(fu)在(zai)金屬表面,噴(pen)塑(su)(su)(su)產(chan)品多用于戶內使用的(de)箱體(ti),漆膜呈現平光(guang)或啞(ya)光(guang)效果(guo)。噴(pen)塑(su)(su)(su)粉(fen)(fen)主要有丙烯酸粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)、聚(ju)酯粉(fen)(fen)末(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)等。優點是(shi)(shi)不需稀料(liao),施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)對環境(jing)無(wu)污染,對人體(ti)無(wu)毒害;涂層外(wai)觀(guan)質(zhi)量優異,附(fu)著力(li)及機械強(qiang)度強(qiang);噴(pen)涂施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)固化(hua)時(shi)間(jian)短;涂層耐腐耐磨能力(li)高出很多;不需底(di)漆;施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)簡便,對工(gong)(gong)人技術(shu)要求低;成本低于噴(pen)漆工(gong)(gong)藝;有些施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場合(he)已經(jing)明確提出必須(xu)使用靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)噴(pen)塑(su)(su)(su)工(gong)(gong)藝處理(li);靜(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)噴(pen)粉(fen)(fen)噴(pen)涂過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)不會出現噴(pen)漆工(gong)(gong)藝中(zhong)常見(jian)的(de)流淌(tang)現象。
4、冷噴(pen)鋅(xin)
A、陰極保護作用
冷(leng)噴鋅不同于一般的涂料(liao), 其干膜含有96%以上的純(chun)鋅,能夠為鋼鐵提供很好的陰極保護(hu)。即使在(zai)很苛刻的環境中,仍能長效保護(hu)鋼鐵表面(mian)。防(fang)腐性能可以與熱鍍鋅相媲美,甚至(zhi)優于熱鍍鋅。
B、屏障式保(bao)護作用
當冷噴鋅(xin)涂料(liao)(liao)被氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)時,會在涂料(liao)(liao)表面產生一層(ceng)(ceng)鋅(xin)鹽層(ceng)(ceng)來(lai)提(ti)供屏障(zhang)保(bao)護。同時冷噴鋅(xin)涂料(liao)(liao)中(zhong)的(de)粘合劑也提(ti)供一層(ceng)(ceng)附加的(de)屏障(zhang)保(bao)護,從而減(jian)緩鋅(xin)的(de)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)。所以冷噴鋅(xin)涂料(liao)(liao)的(de)防(fang)腐(fu)蝕性能優于噴鋅(xin)(鋁)、熱鍍鋅(xin)及其他富鋅(xin)涂料(liao)(liao)。
